Most farms will begin offering U-Pick peaches in June through August or September, but this depends on the season and which variety you are looking for.
You’ll always want to pick fruit with full color and slight give when gently squeezed. A perfectly ripe peach will literally fall off into your hand or require little to no effort to pick.

Battleview Orchards has been allowing people to pick their own fruit since 1972, but they began growing crops in 1908.
You’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, local gifts, and freshly pressed apple cider in their country store that is open year-round.

This is a family-owned farm that has just a little bit of everything. Check them out to pick your own fruits and fresh vegetables.
They also sell eggs, cheeses, jellies, maple syrup, preserves, relishes, and more at their farm store, which is open year round. Be sure to bring cash or checks because credit cards are not accepted.

Be sure to bring your own container. A bucket or box works best, and they do not allow picking in plastic bags!
