Strawberry Picking in Michigan: 18 U-Pick Farms To Explore

Strawberry season typically lasts from mid-June to early July, but fluctuations in weather like temperature, precipitation, or unexpected cold spells can impact the ripening of strawberries, causing them to be ready earlier or later than expected each year.

As we head into early summer, pick-your-own berry farms are starting to bloom with sweet and juicy treats!

A couple of things to keep in mind before fruit picking: most farms will only accept cash, so be sure to bring some with you, and while some places provide containers to collect your fruit, it’s always a good idea to bring your own.

Check out our top picks (no pun intended) for strawberry-picking farms in Michigan!
